During Q4 2022, the top 5 sports apps in Qatar exhibited diverse performance trends, as captured by Sensor Tower. Here's a detailed look at how each app fared in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

FIFA World Cup 2022™ Tickets saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting strong with around 33K in mid-October and peaking at nearly 27K by late November. However, downloads dropped sharply to about 251 by the end of December. Active users for the app increased steadily from 28.5K in mid-October to a peak of nearly 90K in late November, before gradually declining to about 50K by the end of the year.

Live Cricket TV HD had a varied performance in downloads. After an initial dip to around 1.4K in early October, downloads surged to approximately 15K in early November. This was followed by another peak of around 13K in early December, then a drop to about 564 by the end of the quarter. Active users mirrored this pattern, starting at 25.8K in late September, peaking at around 56.2K in mid-December, and ending the quarter at about 29.6K.

beIN SPORTS experienced significant growth in downloads, particularly in November when it jumped from approximately 1.2K in early November to around 21.2K by mid-November. Downloads surged from around 930 in early November to approximately 15.2K by mid-November, before dropping to about 1.4K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar pattern, increasing from around 2K in early November to a peak of approximately 19.9K by mid-November, and then decreasing to about 5.9K by the end of December. The app also generated a consistent weekly revenue, peaking at $22 in mid-December.
